Good point, I never thought of it that way :P By the way, have you ever had homemade mango juice? I have a juicer, and I made it with apple + mango....:drool:

in Scotland? the mangoes here (imported) are green and have as much juice as an anorexic camel with hydrophobia :(

Actually, the mangoes have been terrible here this season (can't speak for the other states like Queensland though, the mango capital of Australia :P). It's something to do with the changing climate, our seasons have been out of whack here :P I mean, it's March (Autumn!) now, and boiling hot here like the middle of summer!!!! :frustrated:
And apparently, they take the mangoes off the tree some seasons early (green!), and gas them (to ripen quicker). So they haven't had that 'mango' taste this season :cries:
